i think its normal... mine have it too and i too asked if it was normal ...

Keep an eye on it to see whether the shape of it changes over the coming days. If it gets larger, then you may want to have it seen. If stays stable like that, then it is obviously the way things are.

When I worked at the pet store I was the lead to was in charge of making sure all my small pets were healthy. We would often get in piggies with ringworm that would begin behind the ear and go out from there. Piggies have a small bare patch behind there ear and I think it's probably pretty sensitive skin.
Looks pretty normal for an aby but like @Wiebke said just monitor for it to get larger or dry and scabbed.

Ah thank you I will keep an eye on it he let's me touch it and he isn't bothered by it at all if it gets any bigger I'll take him to the vet thank you for all your advice x

One of my piggies (Sage) has the same, it's not changed in the 3 months he's been here. And his brother Sorrell doesn't seem to have a patch at all - or if he does, it's not really visible. Mind you, Sage is lilac so his skin is light, whereas Sorrell's skin is dark, so perhaps that's why it's more noticeable on Sage.
