Any Ideas To Help My Lazy Guy

Edward I'm afraid is a bit lazy he likes nothing better then to lounge around,even when he is in the run or the bathroom he lays around in his armchair.He will even fall asleep with his face in the food bowl,wake up eat then fall asleep asleep again. I have had numerous conversations with him about this but it falls on deaf ears. Has anyone any ideas how I can get him a bit more active please?
 
am I right in recalling that Edward is neutered and has 2 lady companions?
 
Yes that's right Piggyowner Edward lives with Mrs Simpson who is younger then him and Cousin Amelia who is older and still more active !
 
If you have any ideas, could please share them with my Maelog - not even his six new wives will get HIM going!
Incidentally, he is featuring today on my Wiebke's Tribe facebook page with exactly the same problem!


You can try to train him to come over to you for a little treat, so you can start calling him from different points, but otherwise, there is not much else you can do. Some piggies are just lazy butts!

Well, my boar, Max , hurt his leg last week chasing Bess around when she was in season , so I think Maelog has the right idea !


Perhaps Edward has the right idea too!
 
:lol!: Edward can't even be bothered to be romantic with the ladies. He will have what I can only discribe as a pathetic haif hearted attempt and as soon as one of them grumbles at him or gives him a back kick he will toddle off back to his hay and lay chewing it with a look of 'well that showed them who is the boss'.look on his face.I will try the treat trick but at least I am not alone in having a layer back guy.

Nothing like getting older for your excited husboars - there are times when you wonder whether your younger ones have actually a vocabulary that consists of more than rumbles and food wheeks... And then you wish them back when your rumbly boars hit middle age and the sofa! :D

Haha I think Sweep missed that Memo :P I have had many conversation with him about "acting his age" - but he thinks he's a young man bless him :P- he certainly acts like a young boar when Honor is in season :P
