Any ideas what this is? Injury?

This has appeared on my boar, Griff's upper abdomen/chest area. The last time he was picked up and checked over (by an RVN who does their grooming) was Sunday, and it wasn't there then. He was neutered 2-3 months ago, but I'm sure it's higher than his abdominal surgery scar. There are little lumps, flakey white skin and scabs where it's clearly bled at some point. I can't see how he could have injured himself as the cage is safe and secure, or how his companion could have injured him in this area. Poor pigs. We can't catch a break with piggy illness at the moment! :no:

Just looked at photos of mange...and this looks like the start of it. Poor lad. I'll get him in at the vets ASAP. His companion, Nell, looks fine, currently. Still, any feedback welcome, as always.

Unfortunately, we can only guess as wildly as you; no idea whether it is mechanical, self-inflicted or a little burst cyst.
