Any One Use Hay For Pets Timothy Hay?

Only I just rushed and ordered 9.5 kg :doh: without checking the reviews!
I think I meant to go to the dust free hay site as my son sneezes a lot with the hay!
Please someone tell me it's nice! I know a lot use the ings hay .
 
Hi,

I use the Pets at Home Timothy hay just for the convenience of getting it when I am in their getting other bits and bobs.

All our piggies and rabbits seem to like it and I have used it for a long time.

My eldest son has allergies but it wouldn't matter what type of hay it was he would still sneeze. I just keep him away from it and he is fine.
 
Umm never tried it, only Ings as you've put :( I got timothy from somewhere else and that triggered my allergies. I hope the one you've ordered is ok. Ings flares my allergies up less.

When did you order? Maybe you can cancel and order the Ings?
 
Erm yeah, a long while ago I had the timothy and rye one. I prefer the INGs to be honest.
 
Thanks for your replies , I just emailed them and asked to change to the ings , I am fussy about the hay and if it isn't right I probably won't use it, I have been using b and m Timothy and dandelion which I think not long term is good? But it is a bit dusty ,there is very few dandelions in it , it smells lush though and it really green, so if I get anything less I think I will be disappointed .
 
Sorry no good reports from me l just receved an order a few days ago 3x9.5, and all 3 were very storky ,

l am now giving them double alafa king (vio vet )

l think there may be a lot of thies type of problems with english scorsed hay as it may be the end of the season stock

l find the best bet for hay is get the USA stuff , there climet is far better for hay growing

if you do use it wach out for eye pokes
