Anybody have any herds of piggies?

I was just wondering if anybody keeps girlie piggies in large groups. As everyone on here seems to have small groups of 2 or maybe 3. Am I alone in having a herd? I have 14 that live in a 6ft by 12ft run with 2 huge hutches attached. They are outside with grass to eat. And tubes to run and hide in. And lots of other stuff as well. :)
 
Ooooh, i'd love 14 piggies...the more, the better! It must be brilliant fun observing their behaviour :) Do you have names for all of them?
 
I tend to run girls that are in at the rescue as herds, but we do mainly get boys in rolleyes. Have a group of 9 girls at the moment.
 
Piggies do have names, we have zorro, big mama, rusty, wd40 (friends with rusty) to mention a few. Cant get a large image on here at moment but will keep trying.
 
We have a herd of 9 which is 8 sows and 1 neutered boar.
 
I have a herd of 11 females with a neutered male,it has been up to 14 before,they are,

Trevor,Saskia,Nonni,Mindy,Ashley,Florence,Tiffany,Lotte,Summer,Beryl,Toyah & Pepper.

I also have a house pig called Tim.

I have 7 girls, 5 together in the shed and 2 inside who will be joining them shortly.
My brother has 15 girls all living together.
 
I have 36 old sows living together quite happily! They do have a castrated boar in with them but to be honest they ignore him most of the time!

I have 4 girls, and 2 boys (separately) but would love a huge herd of girls someday!
 
I have 8 sow's indoor's living together in a C&C Peanut Pepsi and Porridge are sister's Pepper is a half sister all smooth crested then Polo (smooth)who was hamster size when i got her then Betty who is a off white teddy with red eye's and then Silver and Star who are silve rex/agouti ( i forget lol) I'd love a big herd i'm thinking cat flap from C&C to a massive garden run but I know 8 is my limit they wouldn't get enough cuddle's if i had more.

Wow 36 that must be great. Might have to build an extension on the run and add couple of hutches.
 
I have 15 sows all living together quite happily I do have a dominant sow which none of the others challenge it works very well.
 
I have a herd of 7 girls and a single asbo-sow. I'm looking to get a male for my herd, and two more girls to join them (long haired, as all but one of mine are short and I have a thing for coronets!).

I'm going to meet a little boy tomorrow with my asbo-pig, and depending on whether she likes him and he likes her, I'll either have a pair and 7, or still have asbo pig and a herd of 7+1. My max planned herd size will be 10 - 9 girls and a neutered male. I say max... You never know. I joined this forum about a month and a half ago with two pigs, now I have 8 ... They're currently in two large rabbit hutches, but I'll be upgrading to a 8x6 minimum (I'm trying to get permission for a 10x6 :P) shed soon for everyone! :)

I have a herd of 5 sows, 3 others were rehomed last week. They did have a neutered boar with them but sadly he died. :( They'll have a new feller in 2 weeks when Basil becomes 'safe'. I also have an asbo sow, Bumble, She lives along side the others for company but that's the best I can do for her as she's a right madam. I've got 3 other boars as well.

we used to have a herd of 21, 20 sows we rescued from various places, and 1 neutered boar. it was awesome, every one of them had a name and had very different personalities. i wish i could afford to do it again but right now it isnt an option so we have 3, 2 sows and a neutered boar who will be safe in a couple of weeks to join them :)
 
i would love a large group of piggies but i have a pair of babie boars together and i dont think a boar herd would work :{:{:{
 
Oh wow! I'd love a 'herd'!

I worked where there was a herd once, all girlies. I wanted to take them all home with me where they would have been better looked after :(

I have 2 herds: outdoors i have 8 girls and a neutered boy and also 3 girls in their own outdoor hutch as i am waiting for my 8ft x 6ft shed with run to be built so i can put them all in together.
I also have an indoor herd of 4 girls and 1 neutered boy. Picture is of some of my outdoor herd.
