Anybody use the Gorgeous Guineas melts?

I have bought a melt and shampoo from gorgous guineas for pepper (we don’t bath him often but he is a white long haired pig) has anyone used the melts before? It’s solid but in a fairly ridged bottle do I warm it up to melt it and make it runny?
Can’t find any instructions on their website!

Yes think if you put it in a cup/bowl/container of hot/boiled water it will then melt in the bottle it’s in! (Edit! Realise this is a few days old now and you probably already found this out- but just in case!)

Thanks! That’s exactly what we did! It smoothed peppers coat lovely!
