When I get my new Chartwell Hutch next month I am thinking of getting Hutch Snuggles with Bye Bye Fly Screen™ to go under the Hutch Hugger™ Anybody used the Hutch Snuggle and what do you think of it? Is it worth the money? I guess it would be better than using a blanket. I am happy with the hutch hugger but don't think it keeps my piggies warm enough when the cold really bites which is why I use the blanket/want to get the hutch snuggle. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I use the hutch snuggle. I can't remember what it was like before I had it in the winter but I have certainly noticed a difference in the summer with it and they seem to cope much better in hot weather as a result. I use the fly screen but it does seem to bow out at the bottom and my niece and nephew decided to tell me it doesn't work as the flies will just go to the bottom and fly up :)) I think they are crediting flies with too much intelligence and it doesn't stop flies getting in full stop but I like anything that makes it harder for them

I use these fly screens.it is very useful in the summer to stop flys getting in,also in the winter ive found that they add a layer of warmth as traps the air, also stops draughts and winds entering under the hutch cover. i think they are extremely useful !
