Poor Mavis has been very snuffly and had to go to the vets on Sunday for antibiotics as she started breathing heavily. Another of my piggies is also snuffly. Just wondering if this weather isn't suiting piggies, one minute hot and dry, the next damp and dingy. Happily both piggiesWP_20160627_10_19_03_Pro[1].webp are recovering well!

Yep mine have been on and off. Barley was very crackly the other night but it had cleared by morning.

Chutney was snuffly a few weeks ago. Luckily I caught it in time, and after a round of antibiotics, he's fine now.

I was chatting about this on another forum last week as one of my boys had a runny nose on the hottest day.

Apparently the heat can make heart conditions worse, so I'm going to get him checked out.

My snuffly boy has been okay *touch wood*, all except one day. A go in his nebuliser sorted him out again.

I jinxed myself with my last post. Anselmo is a honky pig this morning. I've popped him in his nebuliser before work.

As you know Edward was a bit snuffly and hooty a few weeks ago but was given a clean bill of health from the vet when I took him to be checked over.

Thankfully he has been fine whilst staying with Wiebke for their holiday.

Healing vibes for Mavis, her friend and every other piggy who has been struggling with the weather changes xx

Fred is on ABs now - lungs clear but some kind of minor infection going on. Come on sniffly pigs.

Same sort of thing as Mavis. She is a lot better. Hope Fred is too. How are BB and Theo doing?
@pig in the city . Fred already improving with meds, hope Mavis is too?
BB is slowly losing any movement in the leg with the hip tumour but still managing well for the moment. His coat looks the best ever due to all the vitamin C I think! Sad though as I see him fade but he is still cheerful for now.
Theo is still a frustrating challenge - don't know why he is under eating. Abscess brewing but not yet appeared is my best guess but it is still a mystery.... He enjoyed good grazing this aft though.
Hope all well with yours, sounds like it has been busy with dating:tu:
