I am, I can still fit in my jeans but they're definitely tighter than before. I always thought my job in housekeeping helped burn the calories but now I've been off for 3 weeks I have put on a bit of weight. I'm gonna have to find an exercise regime I can do everyday and revise my meals.

I am sat watching The Ten Commandments eating Cadburys chocolate. It is so noisy outside. One neighour has got a wall replaced with those bi-fold doors and I swear blind that the acoustics created by the doors makes the family sound as though they are in my tiny back garden. Another neighour at the bottom of my garden has someone putting up a new fence. It sounds as there is someone holding a piece of wood constantly banging it with a hammer. But it is a slight improvement on the drilling through concrete that had been going on since Friday. So as I don't want to do gardening and I can only take the dog one walk a day so I am piling weight on.

I'm on the opposite side, I only need to lose around a stone to be underweight, so I'm trying to keep eating and minimising the exercise due to the food situation, definately adopted a very 'varied' albeit strange diet, I've lose a few lbs, but I'll probably be fine - I did survive on tomato soup for a year, so there's that.

Not worried about gaining weight but I am a bit worried about losing cardiovascular health, although so far I've done more exercise that I usually do- often when I'm busy with work I'm too tired to exercise, but now I have time to go for walks and do exercise dvds at home, today I did a Zumba workout and Tallulah joined in wiggling her daft ears and Ollie pigwig with his disabled back legs that go sideways is very good at the cha-cha-cha moves!

I was on a (very expensive) fitness plan before lockdown so I’m trying not to undo the good work. I’d lost a stone, the weight is still coming off but very slowly now, which is fine. I was going to the gym most days but of course that has stopped and I’m worried about losing strength and muscle. I’ve kept careful with food and have continued with 10000 steps a day. It’s not easy though.

I worry about putting on weight. My eating habits went awry for a couple of weeks due to the general anxiety of everything, but they're better now. I'm drinking less wine too, which is good, and I'm doing a daily walk. Hopefully I can get back to fasting regularly, but I'm taking it one step at a time.

I've lost some weight as we are rationing our food a bit so that I don't have to shop most days like I used to. When you can only buy the weight of food you can carry or drag behind you in a bag on wheels it does limit the amount you can buy. I was worried I would put some on as I don't have the long walks I used to, we are staying close to home and once round a housing estate isn't very exciting. The weather is helping so far as I'm doing lots of gardening. Missing my long walks along the cannals in South Wales with my daughter.

I have put on weight in isolation... especially with the Easter candy the past week. I'm like you, my pants fit but they are tight. I know I need to work on it but I am honestly not that motivated right now.

I have put on weight. My job is quite active and since lockdown I have been less active.something I intend to do something about! I do my daily walk to a local field where I pick forage for my piggies but need to do more.I'm not pigging out on unhealthy food though.I am trying to eat as healthily as possible. Not going to the shops very often means I am not buying food treats for myself. I have learned that I can do without all that sugary stuff

My daughter and I are doing the couch 2 5k for our exercise, we're on week 3, we would normally walk to school and back most days and I have dogs to walk so just trying to keep a balance, although hubby keeps suggesting things for desserts and there's the biscuit tin?!? A friend of mine sent me a meme the other day that said wearing of face masks was compulsory at home, just to stop the eating!

I've found a kpop cardio thing on YouTube called kkardio and I've been trying to do some of the songs. Some of its easy but my coordination is rubbish so I struggle on some bits lol. They're really fun though and if you do enough you work up a sweat.

I seem to be staying the same weight . I'm eating healthier things like slow cooked beef stews . But my job is where I'm active, so probably I'm balancing things out to the same difference . When I'm workin , i rush and end up eating junk or eating quite late at night

I literally just stood up and my jeans fell down :yikes: but I don't know if I've lost weight or not, side effect of not actually owning bathroom scales. I had to change belts when my old one broke just before the lockdown hit so it may be that I've just not pulled this one as tight.

The person who does my shopping asked me whether I'd like a heavily discounted Easter egg. I said I would if they one with good chocolate. She got me two large green and blacks eggs, so good on quality but twice the quantity. She added two rubbish quality chocolate bunnies (I suppose they were a good deal too) and two large packets of my favourite biscuits, that I only very rarely allow myself to have.

Bless her, she is just trying to cheer me up because I'm finding life challenging, but I'll end up twice the size when I finally get out of the house!

I’m tempted to buy a smart trainer to use with my bike....I’d have to buy another chain derailleur though. Hmmmm

I'm constantly grazing, sat in the patrol car for hours on end with very light traffic. My pants still fit at the moment but they're getting snug. :(

Chocolate, biscuits, crisps etc
So take something else! A tub of carrot sticks! Airpopped corn.

We have been having food provided so I’ve had carbs with a side of carbs 3 times this week. Fortunately the chocolates have gone because we can’t eat or drink with our masks on so they are in the staff room rather than just at the desk and easy to eat without thinking. Although we haven’t been given many, no visitors to bring us them 😂
