Anyone ever ordered from Petplanet?

I've been looking for a new hutch for Ginger my boar who lives in the shed. He's in a 4ft hutch at the moment but I feel he could do with a bit more room and I really like the look of this hutch.

i think pet planet are one of the big internet retailers so i dont think you shuld have any problems... I get updates from them every so often and they have good clearance sales occasionally

Well I've just ordered Ginger's new hutch - hope he likes it. It's 5ft long so he should be able to have a good run about in it. All my hutches have now been replaced in the shed now. I've two female piggies in Lavender Lodge and then another Lavender Lodge with 3 female piggies in and then Ginger's hutch will hopefully go on top of Lavender Lodge.

Hope their delivery is better than Zooplus.

Ooh nooo it's showing as out of stock now on the Petplanet site. It took my card details though and they sent an email so hopefully I got one of the last ones.

Wish Petplanet would get back to me to tell me if I have got a hutch or not - it's so annoying when these places take your money and then don't tell you anything, one reason why I hate ordering things online.grrrr

Yes they sent me one as soon as I ordered but it said this..
'Your order will be despatched to the delivery address above, providing the goods are in stock.' and that made me wonder weather they did in fact have the hutch in stock because very soon afterwards it was showing as out of stock on the website and didn't say they would be getting any more in.

Anyway I have just got an email to say it's on its way - so they have definitely got it..

I can't wait to see Ginger running about in his new 5ft hutch.

yay! i find it very good service. i had to call them as i hadnt recieved one of my orders and its being delivered on a specific day for me now!
