Current legislation is that only one person needs to hold the Pet Shop Management qualification. Which, unfortunately, has not been revised with the new animal welfare bill.

I completely agree, the store managers I have had experience with have mostly been retail orientated and have let the staff get on with the animal side of things.
 
Someone went into the store and the rabbit isn't in there anymore. Hopefully he got the medical attention he needed...
But I still haven't had a reply from p@h about the piggies being with rabbits.

No, they will have probably emailed the store to ask for their response on the issue. Seeing as stores are open until 8pm and Head office until 5pm, I suspect the store may not have replied in time for them to compose an email back to you today.

Most likely get a response Monday or Tuesday ;)
