The questions in the title.

I've had a failed bonding with a single pig who had lived a solitary life. Has anyone had a boy turn down a pair of girlie's or a pair of girlie's reject a boy?

I tried bonding Nelson with Elphie & Glinda, as Glinda was very friendly and laid back, like Nelson, and Elphie typically followed her lead. Although initial bonding had gone well - Elphie liked him - Glinda rejected him. I was very surprised.

I was more successful bonding him with Nellie & Elma. Eric's introduction to his four girlies went smoothly!

When I got Honey and Bea for Bumble 4 years ago the girls were very tightly bonded and didn't want to know him - it took a full 2 weeks for acceptance and honey only just tolerates bumble - slightly more so now that her sister has passed and she will now let me stroke her without moaning until I stop.

Violet and Connie rejected Mr Ted last year. The failure was down to Violet who hated him at first sight in the open. She was fine while he was in the other side of the c and c divider but she flew for him in the bonding pen and after 2 major fights I gave up with them. I know it's Violet who's the problem, because she flew for Mollie when I tried to bond them after Connie's death. She's just a grumpy old madam.
