I'm planning a trip to the vets with my five piggies (general check up/suspected skin problem).

Can anyone recommend a lrge enough carrier for them all?

if your taking them all at the same time i would say one of the larger cat carriers , big enough to get them all in but not to big so they can run around in a pannic and hurt each other .

use vet bed in the bottom and put in loads of hay so they can hide under it on the journey .

Well, I use a cat carrier but I think it would fit three in at the most..Maybe you could get one of those massive cat carriers? Or get 2 regular cat carriers and split them up, but put them so they can still hear/see/smell eachother?

i use a car carrier..although beware if you walk tyo the vets i do, and 2 of my adult sows in one cat carrier makes your arms ache! ;D

I would use a large cat carrier too. I picked a huge one up at the boot sale last week brand new it is to not used it yet though.

i use a large cat carrier too. O0 you should find them in any pet store. O0

I use a big cat carrier. I got mine on eBay, but Lidl had them for 4.99 last week. You can get them in the paper quite often.

I have a small cat carrier at the moment but i'm going to go on a hunt for a bigger one.
Oh and i won't be walikng, i tried to walk carrying my rabbit once but my arm ached so much i turned round to get the car!
He weighs 3kg. All together the guinea pigs weigh about 6kg!

I have the medium sized cat carrier from Argos...nice and roomy in there for them

I have a cat carrier that has a top opener which is easier with pigs to catch them etc. I think the dreaded P@H sells them....
