It is nice to see a pellet that is hay based, for once. Even better, grass hay based!

Oh how interesting... I wonder what the protein content is.

I'm not sure as it dosent mention it.

This is what is says about the food.

Continuation of Product Description:
The optimal blend of ingredients prevents your pet from being picky about which ingredients it will and won’t eat.

The blend contains a variety of grasses, herbs, flowers and vegetables. Grainless is particularly low in calcium and the high fibre content supports digestion and the natural wearing down of teeth. Grainless Complete is also rich in vitamins, important trace elements and even contains unsaturated fatty acids from fresh linseed, fennel and black onion seed. No artificial colours, flavours or genetically modified ingredients are used in this food. The small pet food is also free from ingredients with high sugar content like pomace and coarse meal.

Do you sell it? Is it piggy food or just a treat?

We are still in the process of deciding whether to stock it or not but here is some more info on it. Personally I prefer Bunny Nature as it's protein and fibre content is better although it does contain a certain amount of cereals (Oat )

Oh yeah whoops! Haha but at least I added the link so you could see that was my mistake in the heading. :))

Okay I have ordered it from Zooplus - 3 bags plus free toy plus 2 suction water bottles to go on the perspex of the cage.

Yay guinea delivery next week!

It came today. They love it actually - every single guinea pig got stuck into them as soon as I put them in.

Only thing I would say is that they are big pieces that they don't finish in one go. So you end up with bits of them all over the cage - I even found some on the chairs where they had taken them there to finish and not. Personally i can't see me replacing their food with these but supplementing instead, they passed the taste test.

Thats good that they liked them and it will add variety along with their normal nuggets. I think i will try the boys on them. :)

Aww.. shame it's big pieces. I'm still tempted to get some though... just need to build up enough of an order to make it worthwhile.

I think they maybe like the bunny feast nuggets as they are quite big too.

I too need to wait to place an order.

:)

Am resurrecting this thread!

I never tried my piggies with this in the end, but am still thinking of ordering some. Did anyone else try it? I'm still put off by the big pieces, and am wondering if they can be broken up.

I too didnt order any either, but i think LisaJazz did. Maybe she will come online sometime and let us know if she had any success with them.

:)

I ordered some in the end yesterday. No doubt it won't get eaten, but it looks so healthy so I thought I'd give it a go. Will report back. :)
