I've not tried that one Lindsay, do you think it may go soggy though? I love Carefresh and had Cuzzy on this when he wasn't well no dust, and absorbant I think it is the best around but at the price it is its too costly. I think P@H have it on a 3 for 2 at the mo.

Hope Joe will be ok x

If you change over to Finacard, it may help. It is dust extracted and provides fairly clean enviornment. If you want to give it a try then do contact me

Hi
I have only used this for my hamster which is fine - I think you would need loads for piggies.

How much does Finacard cost where can you get it from? Anyone used it?

Sorry if I've missed a post somewhere Lindsay but has he had his heart checked? Vets can do an x-ray to see if it's enlarged or there's fluid around it. Sounds exactly like the symptoms someone's pig had on another site (recurrent what seemed like URIs/chestyness/wheezing).

One bale of Finacard costs £13.99 delivered.

www.finacard.co.uk

This website seems dodgy to me :-\ The only contact details are a phone number/email sorry but with card fraud being rife I would never trust a person on a forum touting for business. I do know a few have brought this product and are happy with finacard. However people please be very carefull with your card details. There is no address on that website which is weird.
I used to sell my products and had a online shop everyone I knew had there address on theres as not all customers paid by paypal. :)

i have tried that pets at home bedding and wouldent bother using it again i ordered it on line and expected the bag to be huge but there wasent much of it and it got soiled very quickly it was a bit like when you accidently put a tissue through the wash

I used that a little bag to try out and it is rubbish you would have 2 change it the next day it gets so soiled

arrgggh! HAPPYPET, all you talk about is finacard. its mentioned in practically every single one of your posts 98) how much are you getting paid for this advertising spree you're on? you really should declare if you have a vested interest in this product you are recommending!

My thoughts entirely. in fact I don't think Happynet has posted about anything else. >:(

i took it that HappyPet was the founder of Finacard. :D

Still don't understand how cardboard can not sog up but there we are. :) I'm happy with me fleece for pigs and Hay for buns! :)

I'm going to Pets at home on way from work to get some Carefresh see how he goes on that.

ARGGHHHH Lorna you have scared me now will see how Joe goes this week and take him back to get heart checked if he is still weezing. He does not seem ill at all though still same little self eating pooing and popcorning for England.

If it were his Heart wouldnt he be showing real signs of illness?

Thanks for concerns re card details etc I'm always cautious about this. :)

Maybe look on the Guiea Lynx forums Lindsay as they usually have sticky's about certain illnesses.

Hope the Care Fresh works out for you. As I said it's great and not dusty and I found I didn't have to clean Cuzzy out quite as often on it. Probably because he wasn't popping or eating much but still I found it absorbent.

Keep us posted on Joe! x

The reason I say isn't to scare you ( sorry if I did, wasn't intentional :-( ) it's because it's really easily treatable. Have a look on the GL forums/site and it'll tell you all about it. It's just if it keeps happening for no apparent reason then this is something to look into.

Cheers Lorna will have a look.I know you didnt mean to scare me, just Heart problems sounded bad.

Well been to Pets at Home got three bags of Carefresh for the price of two and cleaned Joe and Jimmy out they seem to like it. I have placed a huge heap of Hay in the corner for them to eat.

Thought its worth a try to see if its the Hay that irritates Joe.

Think its going to work out quite dear though as i used a whole bag on their cage! :)

Just for your peace of mind, payment is via paypal or cheque - no card. Initial contact is via e mail. I know it is all very old fashion but it works.
