I sent a letter 1st class recorded delivery, and some xmas cards 2nd class at the same time last wednesday. Cards arrived at their destinations last week.

Tracked my letter today - still being processed!

If my insurance company don't get it by this wednesday, it's going to cost me my £107 refund!
