Archie's eye

I don't seem to be very lucky with my guinea pigs recently >__<

I just had Archie in for a cuddle and I noticed that there's an odd pink thing on his left eye. I took loads of pictures of it from various angles.

I only took him to the vet last Monday to have his teeth seen too (he has really bad problems with his front jaw) and took Felix to the vet last Friday because he was sneezing a lot (the vet checked him over and said he was fine). I'm really overly paranoid about them after loosing Alfie so suddenly. I don't know whether I'm over reacting or what. Any advice would be really appreciated.

I dont know what it is at looks like a sore, but one of mine had something a bit similar from a hay injury x

could be "fatty eye" its where the muscles relax, its not serious and not painfull... but i may be wrong

It looks like Cherry Eye.
Is where the glandula lacrimalis gland in the eye becomes inflammed or infected.

I will see if I can make him another appointment at the vet. I just hope I'm not making too much of an appearance there. It will be my 4th appointment in less then two weeks >.<

hey dont worry too much,between my rescue dogs and all the piggies,i was going to the vet 3-4 times a week at one point,i hope Archie is ok,the piggies and myself are crossing all our fingers and toes xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
