I keep seeing this on and off, mostly with a few particular pigs but they all have it from time to time, seems to happen more in humid weather, the discharge is not dripping or anything, it's just that when I look inside their nostrils I see clear discharge sitting there. Is this normal?

Yes, it is, epsecially if there is a lot of pollen around.
