Are The Mini Pumpkins Safe To Eat?

I've bought 2 small mini pumpkins (called munchkins in waitrose!) on the off chance the boys could have them, which parts can they have, if any? I'm seeing mixed answers online so I thought I'd double check

When it comes to the pumkin family, only feed those varieties and parts you yourself can eat; that is the most useful guideline I know.

the flesh and skin are ok (but mine are getting picky and leave most of the skin) but scoop the flesh and seeds out.

As above, scoop out the seeds and it's fine.
