In Asda tonight they were reducing all the bags of salad to 10p so my mum ran down and grabbed as many as she could then when I caught up with her with the trolly a woman asked us if we were having a party with all the bags of salad ;D Had to explain to her that it was for 5 piggies but she looked at us asif we were crazy. Woman at checkout was looking aswell because we got about 12 bags of it :D It will all be gone by Monday tho. Holly and Molly are greedy and now the boys are used to getting fed some more so it won't last long ::)
 
That sounds good O0 I've been known to watch them reducing things, follow them and grab them up, I must look weird, but I don't care ;D
 
I think the technical name for this is "Veg Stalker" 2funny
and I must admit we all do it.
 
Haha it's a very much "you know you're a cavy slave when..." moment. I live across the road from Tesco and regularly end up with bags of salad for 1p. O0
 
20p swede the other day, (reduced from 50p) and 40p parsley plant today (reduced from £1.stupid)
;D I am always picking up cheap veg from the supermarket
 
LOL I get funny looks as well! Oh God you've just reminded me I've got to do my shopping list for tomorrow! :D Was sidetracked as was playing with Choccy! :smitten:

I'm dead lucky - my mum works in Asda so she gets in there first with all the reduced stuff. I tell you the amount of salad I end up with is ridiculous. I must seem so healthy to others but my pigs eat better than me lol ;D ;D
 
When I'm in college on Thursday nights my mum goes into Sainsburys 3 times looking for reduced veg ;D By the 3rd time she begins to feel asif everyone is staring. It keeps the piggies happy :P
