I was just giving the other of my girls (tho one that hasnt got scabby ears post below) a good stroke and groom and she seems to have tiny white bugs in her fur... and LOTS of them!

Are these lice?

All this has happened since I switched hay, is it likely it has come from the new hay brand?

Do I need to go back on gorgeous guineas and order some lice lotion or something?
 
That does sound like lice, I don't think lice are picked up from hay though (that's hay mites which are like dark coloured dots). You can either use gorgeous guineas lice 'n' easy or get some ivermectin spot on from your vet (or you can buy it online). You'll need to treat both piggies though. :)
