Ive just been giving bilbo his nightly chlorhexidine soak and his foot started bleeding :(

Ive stopped the bleeding and put on some ointment (happy soles). Hes still walking on it fine.

What can i do? I'm doing chlorhexidine soaks twice a day and the ointment and it doesnt seem to be getting any better. anything else i can try?
