Wishing Daisy best of luck and a speedy recovery, she’ll feel so much better without those bits x

I’m so sorry it was cancelled so last minute, so annoying when you’ve psyched yourself up for it! But I hope it all goes well for your gorgeous girl on Tuesday instead, will be thinking of you bothThanks everyone - Her operation has been cancelled for today due to an emergency - so we will be going in on Tuesday next week now.... I was all set and literally almost ready to leave when I received the phone call but these things can't be helped ...
Nope! Another surgery is my worse nightmare.... it was so hard last time and Ellie said it would be like proper open up the tummy surgery... I am sure it will have to happen as I can't think the drugs will get rid of it..... time will tell!Oh that’s not what you wanted to hear!
Any idea what has caused it or what it’s attached to?Nope! Another surgery is my worse nightmare.... it was so hard last time and Ellie said it would be like proper open up the tummy surgery... I am sure it will have to happen as I can't think the drugs will get rid of it..... time will tell!
Hope the antibiotics do the trick for DaisyGosh it's been soooo long since I've posted - Since Winny passed last year in November - i've not been on here much.
All was well but Daisy has decided she wanted a trip to see vet Ellie - so she has developed an abdominal abscess - deep inside as discovered today on a scan.... so she has two types of antibiotics which Ellie hopes will get rid of it otherwise its surgery ( not looking forward to that )!
But the sun is shining and we must be thankful for what we have!
Thanks... she isn't a fan of taking medicine but gets a coriander treat after...Hope the antibiotics do the trick for Daisy
No idea at all... I was concerned she was getting a bit skinny about 3 weeks ago - as i could really feel her hips & ribs so was weighing her and feeling her more than usual and then almost overnight i felt the lump on her right side... feels like a golf ball.... the vet wasn't sure from the scan if it was attached to her liver.... xAny idea what has caused it or what it’s attached to?
i have faith in her too - but the thought of another surgery does scare me! We might cross paths then if you are there weekly with Wilbur!Fingers and paws crossed for Daisy! I do send healing vibes for her and hugs to you. I have complete faith in Ellie so Daisy will be in good hands. Wilbur had a ga there 2 weeks ago and I was there today, as I do weekly at the moment as Wilbur seems to have an on going dental issue.
Sending lorry loads of best wishes x
