omg iv never seen them gettin anythink down so quick , i think its a must buy for the piggies unless anyone else has already tried this n its just me draggin behind lol, it has cabbage broccili peppers leeks and carrot all shredded into nice piggy size pieces... I'm sure after this my glutens are going to have to roll back to their bed lol. definatly a thumbs up to this item... will be on my shopping list every week from now on lol

Thanks for the good idea, we are not big on eating vegetables (shame on us) so anything we buy has been bought especially and it's far too much and has to be thrown out. Will give this a try

I have thought about using stir fry vegetables but I haven't as I thought leeks/onions/spring onions were all poisonous to piggies, and the mixes always have one of these in them?

Could someone confirm whether they are in fact safe?

Maybe its the wrong place to post here...but does anyone know if oak leaves are poisonous? My piggies hutch is right under an oak tree, its the only place it can go. Its ok at the mo as its summer, but the leaves will be dropping before too long.

And yes, lol I have been using stir fry veggie packs, the Ocado ones don't have leek or onions in. We do mean to eat them.......then all the good intentions fly out the window and the piggies get them!

I bought some Wilkinson's veg snack bar things that you hang on the cage for the piggies and rabbit to get their teeth into and it has leek in it? Yet it says for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs on the packet?

My guys always have the asda smartprice chopped cabbage and carrot, wouldnt give them anything with onion though!
