Junior Guinea Pig
Hi, does anyone know if guinea pigs can eat asparagus peas? We are going to start growing our own veg again next year and would like to try a few unusual things.

Can't see why not. Mine have never been a fan of asparagus though.....maybe because I only offer them the woody stalks left over. I know I'm a bad mum and should let them have the tips, but it must taste all the same? I haven't got the right teeth to do justice to the woody bits!
I'm not sure that asparagus peas actually have any asparagus genes though - I think it's a happy accident with pea breeding.
