It varies depending on how quickly a piggy has grown in the first few months and to some extent on the breed.
Generally, a guinea pig is considered fully mature from 12-15 onwards although some piggies (especially rexes) continue to grow throughout the second year of their lives. Piggies with a bad start in life also have the ability to make up for lost ground to some extent until they are two years old.
