In Which Season do you find it easier to own Guinea's and which is worst season to own Guinea's. This is all opinion based. In my Opinion Summer is the worst due to Heat Waves and Storms. Usually the rest of the season's goes well.

Since Autumn started my Guinea Pig Cage is at the window I usually open the window at sunrise and my Mom closes it before 9am I say. My Guinea Pig loves popcorning too see the view outside

I don't mind what the season is for looking after my piggies! It must be hard though if you've to go outside and round to the garden etc if it's raining heavily. That's why so many poor wee furries are left out and abandoned in the Winter. As long as you are a savvy, caring pet owner the weather shouldn't cause a problem! I expect yours are able to snuggle into their nests or the hay if it gets too cold or draughty at your window.

Not much hassle either time really. In summer if it gets hot the fan goes on. In winter if it gets cold the heating goes on. Indoor piggies are much easier I think :)

I love the summer when my indoor piggys can have lawn time, they get so excited when I bring the carriers in to transport them. Somehow floor time indoors is not the same, even with a big pile of cut grass.

My Pig is actually indoors she really enjoys her new window location :D I was asking as I read a Old Magazine Story in my Agriculture Class

Yes the cage is close to a Air Vent in her new location I was asking because I also heard some UK houses don't have Air Conditioner is this true?

Don't have much need here in Uk for air conditioning! It's not very often we get any real hot weather especially where I am which is Scotland.

whenever is very bad weather cause archie goes savage and psycho if he doesnt get his outdoor time. I also hate picking up all the endless turds, when hes outside he does it all on the grass so the house stays much cleaner and ofc he wees out there too.

Lol. That is funny. I'm Scotland too, and a bit further north than you. @Janice C You're so right. No air conditioner needed - if you want to cool down, just open a window, but if it's any later than August, you'll close it again pretty quickly. lol

Most houses in the UK don't have AC. It very rarely gets above 28 degrees C here even in the south. On a few days this summer it did go above 30 but that is quite rare.

Summer was a nightmare... Air conditioning on for the piggies even when I was not at home. I am still waiting for the huge electricity bill!
Grass was not available in the park and I had to cut grass into private lawns with people staring at me from the windows...

Wow I wished i lived in the Cooler Summers of the UK in Late July and August the temperature goes 1 or 3 times above 37 degrees C but it's normal when it's above 30c here in my Location
