It depends on the gender of the baby mostly. Boy or girl?
Baby can meet dad through the bars anytime and in a run once it has switched to a mainly solid diet between 1-2 weeks of age and is no longer quite as reliant on frequents drinks. Please start with fairly short meetings that last only as long as mum is not getting frantic over the absence of the baby.
Male babies should be removed from sows at 3 weeks of age unless they are noticeably below 200g while baby sows should not be in contact with any males from that time onwards.
