Baby bad smell soft poop

Hi, just a moment ago I noticed that by baby girl is having this really messy horrible smell poop, I compere it with my adult boy who poop was soft but it isn’t as messy as hers, it still have a strong grip while the baby one got all over my bed and her belly. The smell is also really really strong and I thought it was the hutch that needed a clean so I clean it but the smell was still there and when I had her in the bed I noticed that the smell was coming from her poop area, the smell is kinda like a human baby diarrhea smell. She always have hay, pellets and water and my other two adults seems fine, and as things are now I can’t go to a vet, is it an emergency to go to one? Or can it wait?

By grass you mean also hay? And she is still eating the pallets and drinking water so I don’t see any weight loss

you don’t see weight loss until it is far advanced. If you weigh daily in kitchen scales you can properly monitor weight gain/loss.
Hay is different from grass. Grass counts as veggies if it is fresh green grass. Dried hay should make up the majority of the diet. Long Term Balanced General And Special Needs Guinea Pig Diets

So one of the things in Emergency, Crisis and Bridging Care until a Vet Appointment say that for diarrhea I should give her Electrolyte powder but my family only had liquid, is this okay for her?
