Baby Beep Beep.

Beep beep is now 9 days old and only weighed 31g at birth. His mum, Leiah arrived alreaday pregnant and gave birth to 8 babies. 5 were still born and the last 3 were alive although only just. Leiah showed no interest in them and despite all my efforts 2 were just too weak to survive and died a few days later :(

Yesterday Leiah turned on Beep beep and had him cornered in the cage , chattering her teeth and going for him when he moved.

I removed him quickly and he's now being looked after by 'Auntie pig Cherrelle' - she had one big baby, Charlie, who is 2 days older than Beep beep.
I'm still feeding Beep beep 4 times a day but he seems to be doing a little better today after his nasty experience yesterday. Poor little chap, he's had such a rough start to his life - please can everyone keep their fingers crossed that he makes it - he now weighs 80g - still tiny for 9 days :)

Aww, thats so unfair for him. I'm glad he has you to keep his weight up! And maybe his 'big brother' Charlie will help him grow up strong! Good Luck, positive thoughts and vibes coming from Tx USA.
 
Keeping my fingers crossed that after all your efforts, Beep Beep (what a special name!) is going to make it with the help of Cherelle and Charlie!

Beep beep is lovely. So sorry his mummy was fed up with him! Hopefully auntie will give him loads of cuddles and his new step brother too! Good luck little one!
 
How gorgeous they are, Beep Beep is a fab name! lots of healthy vibes to the ickle man x)
