Following on from my post the other night about the two sows I got that were pregnant, I am now trying to find a home from the single baby male that was born at the end of april. Anyway, due to space issues when I removed him from his mum at 3 weeks I had to put him in with another baby male (approx 8 weeks) and they are getting on great. Now the thing is I cannot keep all these babies so I am trying my best to find a good home for him. As he is getting on with the other male I have advertised them to go as a pair as I don't want them to be on their own if they don't have to. I have specified they will need a big cage and intend on advising the new owners that should they not get on down the line I will happily take one of them back. I'm on the Isle of Man and Guinea Pigs are not widely available over here so I knew they would be popular but the ads only been up two mins and I've already had one "expert" messaging me to tell me I can't sell them together as they will fight but then in the next breath asking me for pics? Am I doing the right thing? I'm fairly new to Guinea Pigs and I'm absolutely loving finding out all about them but I don't feel confident yet. What would you do?
