Baby lunkarya - should I clean wee spray from hair?

I’ve just bonded my baby lunk cross with 3 older piggies. Mostly gone well but they’ve sprayed her with wee a few times. As her fur is already long and fuzzy, it has stained and smells. I don’t want to stress her out with a bath when she’s tiny, so how best to clean her to prevent her hair from matting and smelling awful?
