My younger sister put something in my guinea pigs fur a few days ago and I washed him twice that day (with water once and baby shampoo the other time) now today she’s done it again (it was baby oil) and I’ve washed him with water, my dad is out getting him shampoo by I’m afraid I’ve washed him to many times, what do I do?

If your dad is getting a mild baby shampoo, then it is OK for now.

What is not OK is that your little sister can get unsupervised at pets at her age until she is old and trustworth enough to not harm them and interact with them safely. At the moment she clearly isn't. Can you lock your room during the day?
