Baby piggy not growing?

So you guys all know about Maisie and her 3 babies...Jasper and Remy are doing fantastically well,popcorning and growing sooo fast, but little Bumble just isn't growing at all. I don't see him feed off Maisie at all, but he's always munching when out on the lawn and he enjoys his veggies.
Is there anything I can give him to help him gain some weight? I'm getting worried about him! :( I milked one of the goats at work yesterday and brought some milk home, as I've heard goats milk is good? His siblings are double his size, poor little guy :(
 
Can you give him some one on time with Maisie? maybe a couple of times a day?
