Baby shampoo

Hello my vet had advised I use baby’s shampoo on my sows bum. She’s stopped cleaning and we are treating her for ovarian cyst with injections. We went to clean it so that we can see whether she starts to clean herself. Or whether it’s due to something else. My question is which brand of baby shampoo should I use?

Any baby shampoo should be fine, but actually just using plain water would be best to not risk upsetting her skin.
