Like many people I've been working from home for the last year so Toffee and Biscuit (who I've had since last September and who live in the room I work in) are used to me being around all the time. Next week I will be going into the office for two days, and if it works out this will be a permanent thing. I'm wondering how they will react to me not being there.
I will need to give them their morning veggies a bit earlier than normal (I'm sure they won't object to that!) and of course I'll make sure they have plenty of hay as I won't be there to top it up during the day as I do now. And whereas they normally have their evening veggies about 5pm I won't be able to give them until after 6pm on the days I'm in the office. I'm sure they'll get used to the new regime, but I feel like I'm abandoning them

They will soon re-train you to a new routine, although will make you think it's you re-training them
