Bad Dream - Piggy Related

Hi all,
I dont post much anymore because I no longer have piggies. We had to rehome them last Jude when we moved.
However last night I had a really bad dream.
Id been away and had been back home for a week or so and suddenly remember I had my boys in the shed.
I asked my mam if she had been looking after them and she said I didnt ask her too. So basically we both forgot.
I went into the shed and found them both still alive but skinny and the cage was horrible and dirty and they had mites.

I woke up absolutly balling my eyes out at 3am this morning. I never forgot or mistreated my boys while I had them and one of the piggies I dreampt about passed away about 18 months ago, within 48 hours of me knowing something was wrong.

I'm sorry its a long post but I needed to get it off my chest its been upsetting all morning.

I'm still teary thinking about it.
I'm starting to feel really lost without having piggies recently. I kept them for 7 years
I think I may have to give some though when we come back from honeymoon if we can make space for a pair.
 
Dreams like that are horrible (((((hugs)))))

How awful for you :( I hate dreams like that. I've often had dreams where one of my animals have died :( I've often been downstairs / outside checking on them in the early hours.
 
Thanks everyone, i'm feeling much better
Me and Alex have spoken today and when we get back from our honeymoon in September we are going to look into adopting a pair of piggies if we can make space.
We have a spare room droolx)@)
 
I had a dream like that a few years ago ,but it was a horse not a piggy (I dont have a horse )and read in a dream meaning book that the animal represents a side of your inner self that you are neglecting and need to do something about (apparently )?/

awwwwwwwww that's wonderful, make sure you update us with your wedding pics x)x) and then when you become a piggie parent again x)

Thanks, iv not been sleeping well since beginning of the year, working lots, finishing my nvq and planning our wedding.
I'm starting to get back to normality now, getting some sleep and a little bit of exercise.

I will of course keep everyone up to date
