Hello and welcome ;) That looks very much like a harmless foot spur to me. They are very common, all 3 of my guinea pigs have them.

They can be left alone unless they grow big and / or cause discomfort. You can gently trim them (but not too close to live skin) or ask your vet to do it

Hi!

It looks rather like a harmless foot spur or a caked-on poo to me; spurs are very common in guinea pigs and only need attention if impede movement or at risk of catching on something and ripping into live skin. Compare the thickness of the pad with the other front paw. It does look normal to me.

The back legs are fine; they are always quite reddish when your piggy is feeling warm. What you need to look out for is localised red, sore spots on the pads. ;)
