Bad Hay

I got some hay the other day and it looked fine but when I've just opened it its so hard and now I can see most looks like straw! Will the shop take it back even with it being opened? Guinea pigs won't even touch it either so obviously doesn't taste normal either

If you're not happy with your purchase and if you still have your receipt, the shop should take it back

I had this problem from the Range and they took it back. Once it was black and very dusty another time it was like straw.
