Junior Guinea Pig
Well right now I'm in the bad books lol I took my boy Junior to the vets this morning as he has lost weight and wasn't eating much, as he has already had two bladder stone ops I was starting to worry so I registered him with a new vets as the vets I used I started to realise they werent as clued up on guinea pigs as I thought. The new vets I took him to see what can I say but Wow they really knew guinea pigs inside and out I was well impressed, she squeezed his bladder to get some urine so she could get a sample to test, then also checked his teeth with some sort of instrument gave him a gut stimulant injection and a course of septrin cause she says his urine was nice and clear although there was a little trace of blood in it not much so she wants him back in on Friday to x-ray him without sedation. And to top it of he has put a bit of weight back on since I weighed him yesterday lol giving me a shown up.
