Should i be concerned there is a big bald area infront of my piggies ears

No, it's a normal place for piggies to have a bald patch, behind each ear and often on their inner front paws. It's more obvious on some pigs than others, but it's meant to be there!
 

Hi!

Guinea pigs regulate their body temperature via the blood flow in their ears. Hairs in that area will impede the efficiency of any heat dump.
As long as the bald areas behind the ears are the same (symmetrical) on both sides, you need not worry.

If you find a white crusty area on or around the ear that is not symmetrical, please see a vet for a fungal infection, possibly ringworm although especially in summer during warm and humid weather it can be a milder form of fungal.
