Bald patch

Abigail has got a bald circle a bit smaller than a 10p piece on the bottom of her back, it has shown up in the last two days, It the same colour as her skin and there is no scabs or dry skin. She's eating and drinking normally and has a vets appointment tomorrow evening. Has anyone had a piggy with this? any advice please?
 
It's in the middle of her rosette. She is 4 to 5 years old and has loads of lumps with she is having regular check ups for, really worried as it might be to do with those.
 
If they have ovarian cysts, crusty nipples and bald patches then it can mean they have hormonal ovarian cysts. If you search for wiebke's guide which includes ovarian cysts, you could read to see if symptoms fit with that.

My friend's sow had that when she was a little older, was spayed and was all fine afterwards.
