Our white and ginger male guinea pig seems to be balding behind his ears. It's an area of about a half of a ten pence piece. We re not sure if his ears may be slightly warmer than usual too....
Any advice please?

Hi! guinea pigs control their body temperature via the blood flow through the ears. That is the reason why most of them have a bald area behind them to allow heat evaporation. As long as the patches are symmetrical and have the same individual shape there is nothing to worry for you.
