Hey there,
Hope everyone is coping during lockdown. My husband found a little bald spot on Buddy's arm today and wanted to see what what everyone thought before bothering my vet.

His behaviour is fine, his brother humps him non-stop but he doesn't really react, he just sits there eat his nuggets whilst the other gets on with it. He's bright and always hungry and hasn't lost any weight.

I've checked the bald spot and it's almost like someone has waxed him and only looks like that on his left leg. There is no irritation, blood or scabs. Is it likely maybe it was something but has gone away now? Or barbering? I may just be overreacting because it's quite an anxious time.

PS he has cow patterned skin underneath just in case anyone was wondering what the dark patches were.

Hi!

For now, please just keep an eye on it and document any changes to be able to send them to your vet.
If this continues to get worse, please contact your vet for a non regular hours appointment at your and their convenience.
