Bald Spot on Chin

I was giving my boys dinner tonight and Cookie was on top of his house. I noticed a pink bald spot on his chin, I hadn’t noticed this until now because I don’t normally see the bottom of his chin. Any idea what this can be? Is it mites? And any home solutions that I can use, considering the current world situation?

I’m not sure what it is to be honest. But whatever it may be, we don’t recommend home treating on here. Hopefully someone more knowledgable will be along later. It’s past midnight here 🙂
