I don’t know what wrong with my guinea pig, she’s has. Spot with no hair, and this isn’t the first time. The first time was on the back of her neck with blood and a scab, she’s with three piggies, I had assumed my most aggressive pig did it so I separated them but now she has one on the side of her neck. The spot with no white is her normal ear, with the absent hair on the back but the White spotted one I, don’t know what it is. Vet? Or is it fungus, or boredom or the other pigs?

It really is impossible to tell form just looking at a photo, but I agree with @Betsy and think she needs to see a vet for a proper diagnosis.

For the time being it might be best to assume it is fungal and apply the usual hygiene guidelines to avoid it spreading.
