I found something cool and funny out today.

I peeled a bannana a little bit at the top (not about 2" down) and just put it in the hutch the pigs were really entertained by it and started draging it and playing tug 'o war with it lol and of course ate it eventualy so it is a pretty fun thing and nutritious

Try it it is sooo funny to watch.
 
Is it ok for them to eat the skin too then? i wasnt sure. Alice likes the middle but Wendy wont touch it, i think it's a texture issue! (i cant stand the stuff either!) ;D
 
they can have the skin, but not too much at one time and make sure you wash it first O0
 
some of mine love banana others wont even try it
 
I've never given mine banana, they eat everything else. :)
I think i read that too much can cause constipation?
 
Hehe that sounds so funny, we bought some baby bannanas today think i'll try that tommorow with my 4 girls :D
 
Ralfie always robs banana's from my bag lol, he loves the outside but all of mine dont touch the inside.
 
I had to clean the piggies out so since there stuck in the small cleaning cage i thought about tring this, what a hit. It's so funny watching the drag it away from each other and run around with it while the other chase them, lol definatly a good treat and fun toy aswell O0 :D
 
i just tried it with bob and munchie.... they keep taking turns to steal it and hide it in their pigloo
 
you like said eairlyer don't go mad with it i dunno what is in the skin apart from lots of pottassium so be careful once a week at most i'd say.
 
i already read somewhere on the forum they should only have it in small doses, so after a while i removed the banana so they couldnt eat it again, and they wont be having it again this week
 
Mine have never tried banana as my 4 year old daughter is obsessed with them, and there are never any left for the piggies ;D

Lol that is exactly what i was talking about it is sooooo funny everyone who reads this topic must try bannanas they are a good toy and it must be pretty stimulating for them because mine were obsessed with it all day lol
