Bargain veg haul= happy piggies!

As it says in the title, yesterday I got lots of fresh veg from asda for less than a pound towards the end of the night.
Chicory, baby carrots, baby bananas, coriander, plums and nectarines. The girls tucked into some coriander last night, and a bit of a baby banana, which Tia ran off with.

Very excited over coriander!

Actually looking at those pics, I think I have titled the third picture wrong. I think it is actually Ruby. oopsy!
Esme is actually the exact same weight as Tia now, maintaining her weight at 1160g now
 
Lucky piggies - mine love Coriander, too, and over the summer a local farm shop sold huge bunches for a fraction of supermarket prices and they got a bit of a taste for fresh herbs,
 
AWWWWWWW. I always seem to miss out on those bargains! Might pop into my local shop and see of they have anything at a discount....

Loving the hammock...wouldn't mine if could join them. I used to have one of my own when I lived in Miami, Florida. They look so comfy all three of them.
 
oh bless they do look happy. I got a basil plant reduced the other day and they go mad for it. Yesterday we went up the allotment to tidy up for winter, the man next door gave us a bucket of spuds, some parsnips and we pulled up carrots. Also celery never came to anything but there were loads of leaves. I am missing getting free weeds out of the garden!
