Dear Barley, I first met you when I went to the Potteries Guinea Pig Rescue when i was looking to adopt Daisy and Phoebe. When Helen said she would like you to have a forever home with me I jumped at the chance. I couldn't believe how happy you were considering how you had been kept in a dark small shed with other male piggies. You had been bullied with no love and affection but you still where happy to see me every morning when I came to see you.
I decided you deserved a little group of females to keep you busy :rose and you rumblestrutted your way into each any every one of there hearts and they follow you everywhere! You make me happy and realise that no matter what happens you can still be happy!
For that thank you my beautiful boy for saving my life when I saved you.

Aww thanks everyone! I just wanted to share how important him and all of my piggies are. I started rescuing them when I was having a particularly hard time with depression and I am not embarrassed to say they get me up in the morning and get me out of the house. So for that I owe them a big thank you and lots of veggies! xxxxx
