It's been one week since you passed and I miss you so much. My dear sweet Bashful, you were only 6 months old when you died, you were taken away so suddenly. I'm thankful I was with you when you passed, I said goodbye and gave you a kiss and told you that I loved you. Jellybean stayed by your side during your final moments and I know that she misses you just as much as I do. I didn't have enough time with you, but I will always love you from the bottom of my heart. You will forever be in my heart sweet girl. Rest in Peace.

I had no idea guinea pigs could have sudden and unexpected acute heart failure. I've never lost a guinea pig that way and I've never lost one at such a young age. I've had two dreams about her since she passed away, that I can fully remember. Both times she was very happy and playing.
